BridgingMinds is an online database of mental health resources in the San Mateo & Santa Clara counties that arose as part of a community-based collaborative led by the iMPACt Pediatric Advocacy Coalition. This project has been led by two Stanford Medical Students (Joshua Swee and Joshua Taylor) in collaboration with pediatric providers, public health professionals, and organization/program administrators.

The primary goal of BridgingMINDS is to create a centralized resource that primary care providers, families, and community members can utilize to more easily navigate mental health referrals and find services for the children they care for.
